Zhang Jilong is a Chinese football administrator who is the current senior vice president of the Asian Football Confederation. He previously served as Vice President of AFC from 2002 to 2011 and as Senior Vice President from 11 January 2007 to 1 August 2011. Wu Sike is a senior diplomat of the People's Republic of China. He succeeded Sun Bigan in 2009 as China's Special Envoy on the Middle East Issue, serving in that position until 2014. Before assuming the office, he served successively as Chinese Ambassador to Saudi Arabia from 2000 to 2003 and Ambassador to Egypt from 2003 to 2007. Liu Zhentang is a senior Chinese diplomat on Gulf and Middle East Affairs. He was Chinese Ambassador to Lebanon from 1998 to 2002 and Ambassador to Iran from 2002 to 2007. Liu was born in Dandong, Liaoning in 1945. He graduated from Beijing Second Foreign Language Institute with a bachelor's degree in Arabic Studies in 1969 and has been working for the Chinese Foreign Ministry since 1972. In 2010, he served as Deputy Commissioner General for Shanghai World Expo. In 2012, he was appointed Distinguished Professor of the MOE Arab Research Center.
