Emma Carol Hayes OBE is an English professional football manager who is the head coach of the United States women's national team. She was previously manager of Chelsea Women from 2012 to 2024, winning seven Women's Super League titles, including five consecutively from 2020 to 2024. At the European Athletics Championships, Meadows took silver outdoors in 2010 and gold indoors in 2011.
