    Kristi Lynn Noem is an American politician who has served as the 33rd governor of South Dakota since 2019. A member of the Republican Party, she served as the U.S. representative for South Dakota's at-large congressional district from 2011 to 2019, and was a member of the South Dakota House of Representatives for the 6th district from 2007 to 2011.
