Tarcisio Isao Kikuchi is a Japanese Roman Catholic prelate and professed member from the Divine Word Missionaries who has been serving as Archbishop of Tokyo since his appointment in 2017. He was a former worker in the missions of Ghana in Western Africa. Prior to his installation as Archbishop of Tokyo, he had served as the Bishop of Niigata since 2004 when he was first named as a bishop.
