Sergey Anatolyevich Zhvachkin Russian: Сергей Анатольевич Жвачкин is a Russian politician and a member of United Russia. From 1999 to 2007, he was a deputy in the Legislative Duma of Tomsk Oblast, from 2012 to 2022 he served as the 2nd Governor of Tomsk Oblast.
