    Biography

    Khieu Samphan is a Cambodian former communist politician and economist who was the chairman of the state presidium of Democratic Kampuchea (Cambodia) from 1976 until 1979. As such, he served as Cambodia's head of state and was one of the most powerful officials in the Khmer Rouge movement, although Pol Pot remained the General Secretary (highest official) in the party.

    Chuon Nath was a Cambodian monk and the late Gana Mahanikaya Supreme Patriarch of Cambodia. Amongst his achievements is his effort in conservation of the Khmer language in the form of the Khmer dictionary. His protection of Khmer identity and history in the form of the national anthem, "Nokor Reach" and "Pongsavotar Khmer" were also among his contributions to the country. His ashes were interred at Wat Ounalom in Phnom Penh. His full honorary title is Samdech Sangha Rāja Jhotañāno Chuon Nath (Khmer: សម្តេចព្រះសង្ឃរាជ ជួន ណាត ជោតញ្ញាណោ)

    Sok An was a Cambodian academic and politician. He was a Member of Parliament (MP) for Takéo in 1993, then assumed additional roles of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for the Office of the Council of Ministers from 2004 until his death. He was also a member of the central committee of the Cambodian People's Party.

    Cham Prasidh is the Cambodian former Minister of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation. His Chinese name is 黃裕德虎. Mr Prasidh previously served as a Senior Minister and Minister of Commerce for 19 years (1994-2013). He is a member of the Cambodian People's Party and was elected to represent Siem Reap Province in the National Assembly of Cambodia in 1993, 1998, and 2003 and was elected to represent Kep Province in 2008, 2013, 2018 and 2023

    Virak Dara is a Cambodian actress primarily known for her roles in the 1960s and early-to-mid-1970s. In 1967 she starred as "Kong Rey" in Puthisean Neang Kong Rey, which is to date the biggest Cambodian movie ever made. Her most famous film is An Euil Srey An, released in 1971. Dara quickly became a fan favorite.
