Valikhnovski Rostyslav Liubomyrovych is a priest of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church who was the personal doctor of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko from 2005, Deputy Head of the State Administration of the President of Ukraine (2008–2010), Advisor to the Minister of Emergencies of Ukraine, and Head of the Department of Emergency Medicine and on the Implementation of the "112" system of the Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine (2010–2012). He has been awarded as an Honored Doctor of Ukraine.

Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University (since January 2015).
