From 2021 to 2024, he also served as the Minister of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship in the Government of India. Dharmendra Pradhan is an alumnus of Talcher Autonomous College and Utkal University. He has previously held the positions of Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas and Minister of Steel.

Girish Chandra Murmu has served as 14th Comptroller and Auditor General of India and the external auditor of the Inter-Parliamentary Union. He served as chairman of the United Nations Panel of External Auditors and the Asian Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions. He is currently the external auditor of the WHO (2020-2023), succeeding the Auditor General of the Philippines. He was the Inaugural Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir till 6 August 2020. He is a retired 1985 batch IAS officer of Gujarat cadre and was principal secretary to Narendra Modi during his tenure as the Chief Minister of Gujarat.

Lokanath Behera is a retired Indian Police Service (I.P.S.) officer. He was state police chief and director general of police of the Kerala State Police, and is the former director of Vigilance in the state of Kerala, after T. P. Senkumar IPS was reappointed as the Kerala state police chief and director general of police following the verdict of the honorable Supreme Court of India. Behera is from Odisha. He was one of the founding members of the National Investigation Agency (NIA). He was also instrumental in modernizing the Kerala police, equipping it with modern vehicles and state-of-the-art small arms and non-lethal weaponry.
