James Edward Franco is an American actor and filmmaker. Lewis James Pullman is an American actor. The son of actor Bill Pullman, he made his film debut opposite his father in The Ballad of Lefty Brown. For his performance as Miles Miller in the neo-noir thriller film Bad Times at the El Royale (2018), Pullman was nominated for the Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actor. Pullman subsequently had supporting roles in films such as The Strangers: Prey at Night (2018), Them That Follow (2019), Top Gun: Maverick (2022), and Riff Raff (2024), as well as lead roles in Press Play (2022), The Starling Girl (2023), 'Salem's Lot, and Skincare (both 2024). Reginald Dwayne Betts is an American poet, legal scholar, educator and prison reform advocate. At age 16 he committed an armed carjacking, was prosecuted as an adult, and was sentenced to nine years in prison. He started reading and writing poetry during his incarceration. After his release, Betts earned an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Warren Wilson College, and a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School. He served on President Barack Obama’s Coordinating Council of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. He founded Freedom Reads, an organization that gives incarcerated people access to books. In September 2021, Betts was awarded a MacArthur Fellowship.
