    Michael Joseph Kelly Jr. is an American actor. He is best known for his role as Doug Stamper in House of Cards, as well as for roles in films such as Changeling, Dawn of the Dead, The Adjustment Bureau, Chronicle, Now You See Me, and Everest. He also appeared in the television miniseries Generation Kill, six episodes of The Sopranos as Agent Ron Goddard, the Criminal Minds spin-off series Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior, and as Dr. Edgar Dumbarton in Taboo.

    William Michael Tolbert is a former American football fullback. He was signed by the San Diego Chargers as an undrafted free agent in 2008. He played college football for Coastal Carolina University. He has also been a member of the Carolina Panthers, where he was a three-time Pro Bowler and two-time first-team All-Pro. He signed with the Buffalo Bills in 2017 after being released by the Carolina Panthers.
