    Rasheed Bailey is an American professional football wide receiver who is a free agent. He was most recently a member of the Ottawa Redblacks of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football at Delaware Valley. He has been a member of the Philadelphia Eagles, Jacksonville Jaguars, San Diego Chargers, and Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL) and the BC Lions, Winnipeg Blue Bombers, and Toronto Argonauts of the CFL.
