Oleg Dmitriyevich Kononenko is a Russian cosmonaut. He has flown to the International Space Station five times as a flight engineer for Expedition 17 aboard Soyuz TMA-12, as a flight engineer on Expedition 30 and commander of Expedition 31 aboard Soyuz TMA-03M, as a flight engineer on Expedition 44 and Expedition 45 aboard Soyuz TMA-17M, as a flight engineer on Expedition 57 and commander of Expedition 58 and Expedition 59 aboard Soyuz MS-11, and as a flight engineer on Expedition 69 and Expedition 70 and commander of Expedition 71 aboard Soyuz MS-24/Soyuz MS-25.

Oleksiy Pavlovych Torokhtiy is a Ukrainian weightlifter, an Olympic Gold Medalist in weightlifting (London 2012) until disqualified for a doping offence, winner of World and European Championships. Participant of two Olympic Games (2008, 2012). Oleksiy was also a Member of European Weightlifting Federation Executive Committee, Deputy Chairman of Ukrainian National Olympic Commіttee Athletes Commission and the Vice-President of the Weightlifting Federation of Ukraine (2016-2020).

Vladyslav Anatoliyovych Atroshenko is a Ukrainian politician who was the mayor of Chernihiv from 2015 to 2023. On December 7, 2022, the Yavoriv District Court removed Atroshenko of the post of mayor of Chernihiv because it was alleged that at the beginning of the war, he took his family out of shelling in an official car.
