Arsen Borysovych Avakov is a Ukrainian politician of Armenian descent who served as the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine from 2014 to 2021. He was the Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration from 2005 to 2010, a member of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine from 2007 to 2008 and from 2014 to 2021 and a member of the Verkhovna Rada from 2012 to 2014. Outside politics, Avakov was a member of Euro 2012 Organizing Committee in 2007 and a member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine. He was awarded the Honored Economist of Ukraine in 2007.

Aleksei Alexeyevich Oleinik is a Russian mixed martial artist and combat sambo practitioner. He most notably fought for the Ultimate Fighting Championship, competing in their heavyweight division. A professional mixed martial artist since 1997, he has also competed for M-1 Global, ProFC, IAFC, Bellator FC, KSW and YAMMA Pit Fighting. He is one of only two fighters to win a UFC fight via Ezekiel choke, and has done so twice. Oleinik also holds the record for most Ezekiel choke wins in MMA competition, with fourteen.

Mikhail Iosifovich Gurevich was a Soviet aircraft designer who co-founded the Mikoyan-Gurevich military aviation bureau along with Artem Mikoyan. The bureau is famous for its fighter aircraft, rapid interceptors and multi-role combat aircraft which were staples of the Soviet Air Forces throughout the Cold War. The bureau designed 170 projects of which 94 were made in series. In total, 45,000 MiG aircraft have been manufactured domestically, of which 11,000 aircraft were exported. The last plane which Gurevich personally worked on before his retirement was the MiG-25.

Yuriy Yaroslavovych Stets is a Ukrainian journalist and politician. He was appointed to the post of Minister of Information Policy at the formation of the Second Yatsenyuk Government on 2 December 2014. He resigned one year later because he felt he had "met all the targets". He withdrew his letter of resignation on 4 February 2016, and continued in the post. On 31 May 2017 Stets wrote a letter of resignation for health reasons and went on sick leave the same day. Eventually Stets stayed on as Minister until on 29 August 2019 the Honcharuk Government was installed. This government abolished the whole Ministry of Information Policy altogether.
