    Daniel Joseph Scavino Jr. is an American political advisor and former golf club manager who has served as the director of the White House Presidential Personnel Office since October 2025 and the White House deputy chief of staff since January 2025. Scavino served as the deputy chief of staff for communications from 2020 to 2021, as the senior advisor for digital strategy from 2019 to 2021, and as the White House director of social media from 2017 to 2019.
