    Sheikh Salman bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa is a Bahraini football administrator. As of 2023 he is Senior Vice-president of the FIFA Council. He has been president of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) since 2 May 2013. Before becoming president of the AFC, he had been president of Bahrain Football Association (2002–13) and also chairman of the AFC Disciplinary Committee and deputy chairman of the FIFA Disciplinary Committee.

    Maryam Abdulhadi Al-Khawaja is a Bahraini-Danish human rights activist. She is the daughter of the Bahraini human rights activist Abdulhadi al-Khawaja and former co-director of the Gulf Center for Human Rights (GCHR). She is currently the Special Advisor on Advocacy with the GCHR, and works as a consultant with NGOs. She's a board member of the International Service for Human Rights and No Hiding Place. She serves as the Vice Chair on the Board of the Urgent Action Fund.

    Fawzia Abdulla Yusuf Zainal is a Bahraini media and social activist and politician who has been Speaker of the Council of Representatives from 12 December 2018 to 12 December 2022. Zainal is the first woman to lead Bahrain's parliament, and the second woman to lead a Gulf-Arab parliament after UAE's Amal Al Qubaisi.

    Haya Al Qassim is a Bahraini journalist. A media studies graduate with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Bahrain, she works for the national broadcaster, the Bahrain Radio and Television Corporation, and is nicknamed the “Butterfly of Bahraini television.” She began her media career in 2004 as the host of the youth talk show Chat with Batelco, followed in 2009 by the three-year run of the youth news show Youth Time.

    Nader Hassan Ali Kadhim is a Bahraini writer, academic and cultural critic. He was a professor of Cultural Studies, University of Bahrain and a co-editor of Information and Communication Journal, issued by the International Centre for Media and Communication Studies in London.
