    Yevgeny Evgenyevich Kuznetsov is a Russian professional ice hockey forward who is currently playing for Metallurg Magnitogorsk of the KHL. He most recently played for SKA Saint Petersburg of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). He previously played for the Washington Capitals and Carolina Hurricanes in the National Hockey League (NHL) and Traktor Chelyabinsk of the KHL. He has represented Russia in junior and senior level competitions on numerous occasions, winning gold medals at the 2011 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships, as well as at the 2012 IIHF World Championship and 2014 IIHF World Championship.

    Yekaterina Aleksandrovna Gamova is a Russian retired volleyball player. She was a member of the Russian national team that won the gold medals at the 2006 and 2010 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championships, and the silver medal in both the Athens 2004 and Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. Due to her stature and dominance at the net, she has been hailed as the "Queen of Volleyball". She is 2.02 m (6 ft 8 in) tall with EU size 49 feet, making her one of the tallest female athletes in the world. She is also the second highest paid female player in professional volleyball history. Her role was outside hitter/opposite.

    Sergei Mikhailovich Makarov is a Russian former professional ice hockey right wing. In the Soviet Union, Makarov played 11 championship seasons with CSKA Moscow, winning the Soviet Player of the Year award (also known as Soviet MVP) three times. Together with Igor Larionov and Vladimir Krutov, they formed the KLM Line, one of the most talented and feared lines ever to play hockey. He later played in the National Hockey League with the Calgary Flames, and won the Calder Memorial Trophy as rookie of the year at the age of 31.

    Aleksey Viktorovich Markovsky is a retired Russian swimmer who won a silver medal in the 4 × 100 m medley relay at the 1980 Summer Olympics; he finished eighth in the 100 m butterfly event at the same Olympics. After the games, between 1981 and 1986 (aged 24–29) he won ten medals at the World and European Championships, mostly in relay events. He missed the 1984 Summer Olympics that were boycotted by the Soviet Union, and took part in the Friendship Games instead.
