    Jacob Christopher "Tito" Ortiz is a retired American mixed martial artist and a former politician. Ortiz is best known for his stints with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where he is a former Light Heavyweight Champion, having held the title from April 14, 2000, to September 26, 2003. Along with fighters like Randy Couture and Chuck Liddell, he was one of the sport's early stars.     Kevin Owen McCarthy is an American politician who is the 55th and current speaker of the United States House of Representatives. A member of the Republican Party, McCarthy is in his ninth House term, serving as the U.S. representative for California's 20th congressional district since 2007. The district, which was numbered the 22nd district from 2007 to 2013 and the 23rd district from 2013 to 2023, has had various changes in location, but now covers the southern half of the San Joaquin Valley.
