Rob Arnoldus Adrianus Jetten is a Dutch politician who has been the Leader of the Democrats 66 (D66) since 12 August 2023. In the fourth Rutte cabinet, he has been serving as Minister for Climate and Energy Policy since 10 January 2022 and as Deputy Prime Minister since 8 January 2024. Prior to his ministerial appointment, Jetten served as his party's parliamentary leader in the House of Representatives from 2018 to 2021.

Sir Konstantin Sergeevich Novoselov is a Russian–British physicist. His work on graphene with Andre Geim earned them the Nobel Prize in Physics in 2010. Novoselov is a professor at the Centre for Advanced 2D Materials, National University of Singapore and is also the Langworthy Professor of the School of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Manchester.

Franciscus Bernardus Maria "Frans" de Waal is a Dutch primatologist and ethologist. He is the Charles Howard Candler Professor of Primate Behavior in the Department of Psychology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, director of the Living Links Center at the Yerkes National Primate Research Center at Emory, and author of numerous books including Chimpanzee Politics (1982) and Our Inner Ape (2005). His research centers on primate social behavior, including conflict resolution, cooperation, inequity aversion, and food-sharing. He is a member of the United States National Academy of Sciences and the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences.
