Richard Neale "Tuff" Hedeman is an American former professional rodeo cowboy who specializes in bull riding. He won the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) bull riding world championship three times (1986, 1989 and 1991), as well as the 1995 Professional Bull Riders (PBR) world championship. He also won the 1993 world championship for the now-defunct Bull Riders Only (BRO) organization. He is also one of the co-founders of the PBR and is known for having been one of rodeo icon Lane Frost's closest friends. He and the infamous bucking bull, Bodacious, had a few historic clashes. He later served as the President of the PBR and then the President and Ambassador of Championship Bull Riding (CBR). In 2018, he formed his own bull riding organization: the Tuff Hedeman Bull Riding Tour (THBRT).

Pete Peña Gallego is an American lawyer, politician, and higher education leader who served as the U.S. representative for Texas's 23rd congressional district from 2013 to 2015. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously served as a member of the Texas House of Representatives from the 68th district (74th district from 1993) beginning in 1991. He was president of his alma mater, Sul Ross State University in Far West Texas, from 2020 through 2022 and continues to serve as president emeritus as he writes and speaks on issues related to college accessibility and affordability, particularly for first-generation students.

Oscar Ybarra is an American psychologist. He is professor of organizational behavior at the University of Illinois, and he is professor emeritus of psychology and management and organizations at the University of Michigan. Ybarra is also Research Director of the adaptive social cognition lab, and at Michigan he was Director of Innovate Blue, an organization focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship education. He has also been a visiting professor at Southwest University in Chongqing, China. His research largely revolves around the impact that social connections and social dynamics have on individuals and groups, particularly how patterns of social interaction influence individual cognition, how social media and social networking sites affect well-being, and how perceptions of trust and threat affect interpersonal and intergroup relations. Ybarra is also the co-founder of cred-ABLE LLC, a company that designs research-based assessments for individuals, teams, and small to mid-size companies.
