    Biography

    Thomas Douglas Homan is an American law enforcement officer. In November 2024, Donald Trump designated Homan as "border czar" for Trump's second presidency. Homan also served during the Obama administration and the first Trump administration. He served as acting director of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from January 2017 to June 2018.
