    Timothy Eugene Scott is an American politician and businessman. He has served as the junior United States senator for South Carolina since 2013. A Republican, Scott was appointed to the U.S. Senate by Governor Nikki Haley in 2013. He retained his seat after winning a special election in 2014 and was elected to a full term in 2016.

    Ralph Warren Norman Jr. is an American real estate developer and politician serving as the U.S. representative for South Carolina's 5th congressional district since 2017. His district includes most of the South Carolina side of the Charlotte metropolitan area, along with outer portions of the Upstate and Midlands. A member of the Republican Party, Norman served as the South Carolina state representative for the 48th district from 2005 to 2007 and from 2009 to 2017.

    John Glen Browder is a former member of the United States House of Representatives from Alabama's 3rd congressional district. Browder was born in Sumter, South Carolina and graduated in 1961 from Edmunds High School in Sumter. He attended Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina, having received a Bachelor of Arts in history in 1965. He went on to obtain a Master of Arts and Ph.D. in political science from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1971.

    Clarence Edward Galloway (August 4, 1896 – November 7, 1969) was a shortstop in Major League Baseball. From 1919 through 1928, Galloway played for the Philadelphia Athletics (1919–27) and Detroit Tigers (1928). He batted and threw right-handed. In a ten-season career, Galloway was a.264 hitter with 17 home runs and 407 RBI in 1076 games.

    James Benjamin Grace, aka James Grace, Jim Grace is a Senior Research Scientist with the U.S. Geological Survey. Formerly he was a Professor at Louisiana State University and Associate Professor at the University of Arkansas. He is an ecologist whose work has focused on science methodology, particularly the use of structural equation modeling as a means of investigating complex, system-level hypotheses.
