Mark Andrew Green is an American politician and diplomat. He is currently president and CEO of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. Before joining the Wilson Center on March 15, 2021, he served as executive director of the McCain Institute for International Leadership, and prior to that, as the Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development.
