Omar Hamid García Harfuch is a Mexican politician, public official, and former police officer. A member of the National Regeneration Movement (Morena), he has served as Secretary of Security and Civilian Protection in the cabinet of President Claudia Sheinbaum since 2024. He served as Secretary of Citizen Security of Mexico City under then-mayor Claudia Sheinbaum from 2019 to 2023.

Alexa Citlali Moreno Medina is a Mexican artistic gymnast. She is the 2018 World bronze medalist on vault, the first Mexican female gymnast to medal at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. She represented Mexico at the 2016 Summer Olympics where she was the second reserve for the all-around final and at the 2020 Olympics where she placed fourth in the vault final. She represented Mexico at the 2024 Summer Olympics, where she was first reserve for the vault final. She is the 2023 Pan American champion on vault. She won a silver medal on vault at the 2010 Central American and Caribbean Games and a bronze medal on vault at the 2010 Pacific Rim Championships. She is also a seven-time medalist on the FIG World Cup circuit. She is the 2011 Pan American Games and 2014 and 2018 Pan American Championships team bronze medalist and the 2010, 2014, and 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games team gold medalist.

César Horacio Duarte Jáquez is a Mexican politician, a member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party, who has twice been a federal deputy. He was president of the Chamber of Deputies of Mexico from 2008 to 2009, while representing Chihuahua's ninth district, and he served as governor of Chihuahua for the period 2010 to 2016. Duarte is currently under investigation for corruption and an arrest warrant against him and other close members of his government was issued on March 27, 2017. According to the Financial Times in 2018, he was "believed to be in Texas". He was arrested in Miami, United States, in July 2020.
