    Cho Won-jin is a South Korean conservative pro-Park Geun-hye politician who served as the break-away Saenuri Party's presidential candidate in the 2017 presidential election. He had been a member of the Liberty Korea Party prior to that, representing Dalseo District, Daegu in the National Assembly since first being elected in the 2008 elections. Cho vowed to become "a patriotic president to set the Republic of Korea straight", and pledged to boost the status of the country's war heroes and "correct distortions" in public education allegedly resulting from the domination of teaching unions, traditionally leftist. He is a pro-China and supports common economic development between China and South Korea. He also supports Chinese paramount leader Xi Jinping and his anti-corruption campaign. He has also met with Xi Jinping in 2009 as member of National Assembly. He has also previously lived and worked in China for over 15 years.

He has been the incumbent Member of the National Assembly for Suseong 1st constituency since 2020; before that, he represented for 2nd constituency from 2004 to 2020. He was the Minister for Special Affairs under the President Lee Myung-bak from 2009 to 2010.

Sung founded and was the first chairman of Man of Korea, a men's rights group advocating the abolition of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family—whose Korean name (여성부; 女性部) translates as "Ministry of Women"—and demanded compensation for the South Korean military-service requirement.

    Kim Jae-bak is a South Korean former professional baseball shortstop and manager. Nicknamed the "Ground Fox," he batted and threw right-handed. He played ten seasons in the KBO League, for the MBC Cheongryong/LG Twins from 1982 to 1991, and for the Pacific Dolphins in 1992. As manager of the Hyundai Unicorns from 1996 to 2006, he guided the team to four Korean Series championships.
