Joseph Patrick Addabbo Jr. is an American politician from the state of New York. A Democrat, Addabbo represents New York's 15th State Senate district in Queens. The district includes all or portions of the following neighborhoods: Forest Hills, Glendale, Kew Gardens, Lindenwood, Ozone Park, Maspeth, Middle Village, Rego Park, Richmond Hill, South Richmond Hill, South Ozone Park, and Woodhaven. LaVor DeAndre Postell is an American former professional basketball player. Following a college career at St. John's University, he was selected by the New York Knicks in the second round of the 2000 NBA draft. He played three seasons with the Knicks showing promise when Allan Houston and Latrell Sprewell were sidelined by injuries. During his career, Postell played in 61 games and averaged 3.2 points. His final NBA game was played on April 15, 2003, in a 93–109 loss to the Indiana Pacers where he recorded 4 points and 1 assist. After playing in the NBA, Postell played in Europe and Latin America. Ivan James Lee is an American former Olympic sabre fencer and coach. He was a two-time NCAA Men's Sabre Champion, a five-time national sabre champion, and was inducted into the US Fencing Association Hall of Fame. He worked as a police officer in the New York City Police Department from 2008 until 2022, and as the Women's Fencing Team Head Coach at Long Island University from 2019 until December 2023. Lee was elected Chair of the board of directors of USA Fencing in September 2023. He was suspended by USA Fencing in December 2023, for his alleged conduct that would constitute a violation of the U.S. Center for SafeSport (SafeSport) Code. Lee resigned when he was informed of his suspension. His suspension was upheld by SafeSport on January 4, 2024, lifted by SafeSport on January 16 while it continued its investigation of Lee’s conduct, and then reimposed by SafeSport in February 2024.
