Manuel José Joaquín del Corazón de Jesús Belgrano y González, usually referred to as Manuel Belgrano ( Spanish pronunciation: [maˈnwel βelˈɣɾano]), was an Argentine public servant, economist, lawyer, politician, journalist, and military leader.
