Lee Shu-chuan is a Taiwanese politician. Currently, he is serving as the deputy mayor of Taipei. He was also the deputy mayor of Kaohsiung from 25 December 2018 to 12 June 2020. He previously served in multiple positions within the Taipei County Government, and was Secretary-General of the Executive Yuan from 2014 to 2015, when he was named the Secretary-General of the Kuomintang. He stepped down from that position when his term ended in March 2016.

Kuo Hsueh-hu, born Kuo Chin-huo, was a pioneering Taiwanese gouache painter. He was born in Taipei's Dadaocheng, which was then part of Taiwan's Taipei Prefecture (now Datong District, Taipei City), during the Japanese colonial period. Along with Chen Chin and Lin Yu-shan, Kuo was one of the "Three Youths of Taiwan Fine Art Exhibition" (referring to the Taihoku Fine Arts Exhibition) and one of the major founders of the Taiwan Provincial Fine Arts Exhibition after World War II.
