    Santiago Botero Echeverry is a Colombian former professional road bicycle racer. He was a pro from 1996 to 2010, during which he raced in three editions of the Tour de France and four editions of the Vuelta a España (the Tour of Spain).     Andrés Julián Rendon Cardona is a Colombian politician and public administrator. From 2001 to 2006 he was a councilor of Rionegro, from 2008 to 2011 as Secretary of the Government of Rionegro. He would later serve as Mayor of Rionegro from 2016 to 2019, and most recently elected as Governor of Antioquia, during the 2023 Colombian regional elections.
